Today, my dear brother Bingley contacted me and told me that he knew what I had done. I played it innocent and asked what he meant, but I had to stop lying when he said he knew that my sister and I had pretended like we were friends with Jane, while really kept her away from our brother. Poor Jane! I'm beginning to feel like a new person, and I don't think she realizes how much I feel poorly for her. I am changing my ways, and no one knows it yet. Soon they shall see though.
That is quite good news! Perhaps we could begin a new friendship built upon honesty. I can hardly imagine being your sister-in-law and never forgiving you. Maybe in time, you and Lizzy will become better acquainted as well. She has a good heart even though she may seem teasing sometimes.
ReplyDeleteYou cannot act that way to Jane. She is the love of my life and deserves better than how you were treating her. I hope you can learn to love her because she is the sweetest of girls. She is too nice to be taken advantage of. I hope you change as you say wou will.
ReplyDeleteDear Caroline,
ReplyDeleteThank you for apologizing, but unfortunately wounds take time to heal. The time when I was kept away from Bingley was very depressing and difficult for me. If only you knew how much I admired and would not have kept us away from each other for so long. I do appreciate your apology and the fact the fact that you have realized all of the pain and turmoil that you have caused me.
We should all be ashamed of ourselves. The way we treated Jane was straight up rude. I think that we all owe her an apology. We also owe one to Bingley who was a subject to our rudeness.
ReplyDeleteOhhhh I forgive you Caroline! I mean come on we are sisters now! I know that what you did was horrible and rude but I am willing to give you a second chance and start over. We will have so much fun together as sisters, oh I am just so happy!
ReplyDeleteGood. Im glad to see that you are beginning to change your ways. it will never be the same but atleast that is a start. You really hurt Jane and that offends me. As for our relationship, just stay away from me. I dont want you to have any part in my new found happiness with Darcy.
ReplyDeleteI am glad to hear that sister. I really appreciate this. You still need to apologize to Jane though. Still I am very proud of you. I will even try to get you a boytoy. I can throw in a good word every now and then
ReplyDeleteYou do not owe her anything. A woman of high class does not need to be friends with a woman like Jane. Her class does not even amount to half of yours. Being friends with her only brings you down.
ReplyDeleteHow dare you lie to me. I hope you know I do not consider you a sister anymore. You completely destroyed my trust in you. I loved Jane, and you kept me from her. I hope you never find true love. Never talk to me again.
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe that you woud do such a thing and if Jane and I were not together I would be much more upset. However, since we are together I think you owe us dinner and an apology. Also you need carma for your trying to ruin my love life. Jane is not mad because she is so nice but you two need to work some things out even if your a changing person.
